• Responsible for the complete and timely provision of accurate financial data for the business and accounting cycles at Month-end, Quarter-end and Year-end Closings. • Build up level of accuracy in forecasting • Identify, obtain, compile and consolidate all relevant information to complete detailed annualized Budget for the business, and for quarterly Forecast updates. • Identify indicators of expenditure drivers to make sure that these are communicated and risks/opportunities identified very early. • Complete all Quarterly Forecast and Budgetary reporting documentations as required by the corporation in a timely manner, providing explanations for variances and reconciliations of trends in a proactive manner. • Provide detailed explanations of variances to Forecast and Budget to Finance Director and advise Management early of trends towards under and overspends against stated Forecast and Budget targets. • Assist in spreadsheet developments, data consolidations and analysis. • Prepare and analyze local functional expenses. • Attend to ad-hoc requests for financial information. • Prepare Annual Budget and rolling forecast for Manufacturing and Logistics operation Prepare business simulation cases and strategic planning • Track financial performance and identify gaps between plan and actual performance • Prepare cost simulation for expansion projects and Capital Appropriation Request • Review and update the price list for manufactured and repackaging products • Proactively review the business processes related to costing and budgeting to ensure they are support the business suffice to meet the internal control requirement • Involved in Manufacturing projects and Finance assignments • Liaise with government bodies in submitting statistics
